Recently renovated upscale residence close to the beach. Residence offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The second bedroom is a flex space that can be used as a den or bedroom with either a king or 2 single beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. This beautiful unit has been professional decorated with high end decor. The balcony overlooks a serene lake and makes for a great place to enjoy the cotton candy sunrises while sipping on a great cup of coffee.

Nice Condo and Location

We were very pleased with our stay as it was very clean and provided us what we needed for the better part of the week that we were there in the Melbourne area. The owner was very responsive and appreciated her flexibility. Would rent again in the future.

2nd floor condo unit with balcony overlooking pond with fountain, ducks and birds. Condo very clean - host has “shoes off/rock your socks” policy. Well equipped with special extras - local coffee and honey for tea. Comfortable king bed. Great location - close to beach and restaurants. Host kind and responsive. Community is quiet - rarely heard our neighbors. Pet friend with clean dog-walking area.

Perfect for the Month

This was a very nice condo for the two of us to stay at for February. The property was clean, orderly, and had many neat little amenities that we appreciated. The balcony overlooking the pond with the fountain, with all the different types of birds in the morning, was cool. Bonnie was great. She was easy to communicate with the few times we had some questions, and also made the check-in process very easy. We will not hesitate to look for this property again in the future.

Gorgeously decorated guest house

The house was gorgeously decorated with high end furniture and impeccably clean. The complex was quiet. The neighbors were friendly. My dog were comfortable. Bonnie is an excellent host. She provided everything you could possibly need at a stay, including sunblock, feminin products, toiletries, bug spray, beach accessories, dishwasher pods, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked to make cooking easy. Bonnie responded to my messages quickly and thoroughly and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend staying at her guest house.

Beautiful Condo!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo, 5 stars all the way. The extra amenities, water, beer and snacks were very much appreciated. Loved the shampoo, soaps and super fluffy towels. Super location, everything is either across the street or 1-3 blocks away. The beaches are fabulous and I left a list of restaurants in the welcome book. The pool is just a few condo's away. We met some very friendly people at the pool. I would consider Bonnie a SUPER SUPER host. We would definitely rent from Bonnie again. Thank you Bonnie for sharing your beautiful vacation condo with us. Tracy & Ron
