Located on a quiet river to ocean street, this uniquely decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect place to relax & enjoy some well earned beach time with your family, your friends or by yourself. Sleeping accommodations for 8 (maximum 6 adults). Pets (small -medium dogs,) accepted with pre-approval. No cats due to homeowner allergy.

Our home away from home has tile floors throughout, granite counter tops in the kitchen & baths & is fully equipped; all you need to add are your clothes, bathing suit, flip flops & favorite foods. There are several grocery stores, gas stations, a drugstore, golf course, bait & tackle shop, surf shop & numerous eating & drinking establishments within 2 miles of the house. Take a short drive further to the north and/or west & the towns of Indialantic, Indian Harbor, Eau Gallie and Melbourne offer the same on a larger scale.

A private, neighborhood beach access is a leisurely 3-4 minute stroll from the front door. For freshwater dips, the private swimming pool (heated October through April) is steps from the covered patio in the privacy fenced backyard. Mangos & figs in season are yours to pick from the trees in the yard.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted tv, large walk in closet & private bath with walk in tiled shower.

The remaining 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed & wall mounted tv; 1 with 2 sets of bunkbeds - upper bunks will not accommodate adults) share the second bath with combination tub/shower.

Once beach time is done for the day, two living/family room areas, along with a dining area, the outdoor pool deck, large fenced yard & covered patio offer lots of room to spread out, relax, read, play games, soak up the sun, watch tv or a movie and enjoy your beach vacation.
