This beautiful spacious craftsman house features hardwood floors, recessed lighting, flat screen television, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic backyard. This property comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

Spotless interior, with ample closet space, natural light, relaxing hammock, and incredible
landscaped outdoor space for entertaining including two dining tables with plenty of additional seating. A beautiful deck provides the perfect to place to relax and enjoy the california sunshine.

Very central location in the heart of West Hollywood, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

West Hollywood is the perfect location for any/all visitors to Los Angeles. There is a park two blocks away, runyon canyon is within walking distance for a great hike, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Located between Sunset Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd, Fairfax And La Brea, there are cool places everywhere. Also walking distance to Melrose Blvd.

I expect you to be respectful of the house.

Smoking is permitted outside on the deck or patio but not inside. No pets unless discussed ahead of time.

The main house is 950 sq ft with AC (but the immense outdoor space makes it feel much larger).

There is an available guest house on the property. If you are interested in renting the property WITH the guest house please ask. I will do my best to accommodate. The fully finished guest house is 750 sq ft. The guest house has ceiling fans Heat and AC.

I occasionally use the guest house (a couple nights a month) but it is separated by a wall of ficus and has separate entry.

There are six exterior ring security cameras on the property. There is also an alexa-powered speaker in the bedroom. You are welcome to unplug it if it makes you uncomfortable.

Great little oasis!

What a great little WeHo oasis! My dog and i had the best time staying on Lexington. Totally charming and zen - did yoga on the deck and read in the hammock. A perfect little LA staycation. Also met the neighbors who couldn’t be sweeter. Highly recommend.

Charming craftsman with a spacious outdoor area in a lovely neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the lawn and on the deck — great for relaxing.

Wonderful stay in excellent neighborhood

WeHo is a great location - easy to get to and from many other parts of LA without being freeway dependent. The home itself is a beautiful, clean, warm, welcoming space, inside and out. On top of that, the homeowner is very easy to communicate with. All in all, this stay was a solid joy all around!

Lovely home!

I had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite property with my niece recently, and I must say, l The place was heaven, and the backyard is a welcome treat - a quiet oasis where I could relax and read. Christmas in LA

We had a home away from home to celebrate the holiday with our LA based family. Well appointed and with a lovely outdoor living space this home provided us everything we need to enjoy family time. Close to restaurants and shops and an easy leaping off spot for visiting museums and other hot spots. Our host was extremely helpful in communicating information about the property and problem solving issues. It was a wonderful week!!

Craftsman oasis in the heart of WeHo

Had a lovely stay at Adam's place. It's a very special spot. Great old growth trees in the back yard. Great place to read or invite a friend over for a drink. Adam was very responsive. Easy check in. He told me he had just redone the bathroom. Which looked great! Would absolutely stay here again next time I'm here for work. Will make Adam's spot my new home away from home, for sure.

I live a busy life as a producer in the entertainment industry and it helps to have a quiet, peaceful backyard where i can zone out and feel as peaceful as I would on the beach in Kho Pi Pi (I have a vivid imagination).
