Guest Access:
Entire space is included in this rental except for locked closets. Please, make yourself at home.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.

For security purposes, there are outdoor security cameras & ring cameras. There is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels. We will notify you if noise levels exceed limit.

Jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs once a week and you will be notified the day before.

Checking in and out:
Check-in after 3:00 PM
Checkout before 11:00 AM
Self check-in with lockbox

During your stay:
- 10 guests maximum - 8 in beds and 2 on couches.
- Pets allowed
- Commercial photography allowed
- No smoking

Additional rules
◦ No parties or events allowed without prior consent (events may be considered upon special request).
◦ No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed inside ($500 additional cleaning/damage fee applies).
◦ Smoking permitted in the driveway away from open doors/windows. Dispose butts in the trash.
◦ No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
◦ Due to the location, noise tends to echo and upset neighbors.
◦ Keep outside noise to a minimum & respect the neighbors (no music outdoors after 5PM).
◦ Any noise complaints will result in an immediate $1000 fine & possible eviction.
◦ Noise monitoring devices will monitor decibels levels & notify me if they get too high.
◦ Do not tamper with the noise devices, violation will result in a $1000 fine.
◦ Violation of any of the above rules will result in fines, immediate cancelation & eviction without refunds.
◦ The pool is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
◦ The host is not liable for any injuries or bodily harm sustained by anyone on the property.
◦ No drinks allowed on or around the pool table.
◦ All posted Pool and Jacuzzi Rules must be adhered to & is not suitable for children. No glass in or around the pool or jacuzzi.
◦ Potty trained dogs allowed upon request. No cats due to allergies, contact us for special considerations.
◦ Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets, including picking up litter & spraying area down.
◦ No unregistered guests allowed for overnight. $200 per person per night after the 10th guest.
◦ Contact us if you need to adjust your booking before or during your stay.
◦ Guest agrees to all the rules above & in the guidebook.
◦ Guest is responsible for paying for any damages that exceed the security deposit.
