The condo was not clean and had not been cleaned for awhile as there were cobwebs all over. The showers were dirty, floors and front shade was broken. The place overall was extremely dirty. I went to speak with the property manager who said "well sometimes owners clean the condos themselves to save money." If you're going to do that, then I suggest actually cleaning. The rental was also very expensive for what it was.

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the cleaning of the unit. We do get a lot of cobwebs on the patio area within as little as 3 days. It's a problem we work as hard as we can to keep up with. Unfortunately, August was slower than usual and made for some units not being rented as often. That may have been the situation with this unit. They are professionally cleaned after each rental, but sometimes that delay from the next stay may have impacted it's readiness. Hopefully your future stay will be better.

Crescent Bar Condos is a very friendly, private resort with great views of the Columbia River and the basalt cliffs. There are 2 9 hole golf courses nearby, convenience stores, restaurants, and ice cream/coffee shops. The resort has a very large pool and hot tub w/a kiddie pool nearby. There are also a boat launch out back near our gated parking lot to put your boat in the water. Also, your kids can enjoy playing in the nearby playground.

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because of the way all the units face toward the gated courtyard giving you a greater sense of community and safety amongst your neighbors for your kids and to gather as a family in various units nearby.
