Each space is separate from the other, and one on top of the other. ***There is another unit next door that the owner rents out so periodically so this is a shared property.*** There is a hot tub on the lanai and plenty of parking. this property is gated and sits on the bike path that runs from Sunset Beach to Waimea Bay which makes it a great location for biking along the "7 MILE MIRACLE", which is what the North Shore is often referred to for it's surf breaks that encompass this area. Great spot to watch the sunsets, and for whale watching in the winters! This house is very casual and comfortable. NO a/c which is really not needed due to our lovely trade winds blowing on a daily basis. **This property only accepts one booking per 30 day period. If a full 30 day hold is not available, we will be not able to rent the home.** This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time “Questions, please contact owner.”**
