Prime lake front location, on a private dead end lane with very little traffic. The 1800sq. ft. home is located on Lake Butte des Morts, with 75 ft. of private lake frontage. Sandy bottom for swimming and a private pier with, swim ladder. There is a fire pit at lakeside for your evening camp fire. Also a boat house that contains, lawn chairs, and a kayak for your use. The house has a large lakeside deck, with a gas grill. The deck is great for sunning, eating, and entertaining. There is a two car attached garage with a washroom, great for changing swim suits. Off street parking for R.V. and boat trailer. Separate garage size club house, with heat and air conditioning, large bar, mini frig, T.V.,stereo cd,tape player, card table, and sofa/futon. Great place for playing games and entertaining.
Lakes Butte des Morts, Poygan, and Winneconne are up river lakes of the vast Winnebago system. these 'upper lakes' cover 27,466 acres, Lake Butte des Morts has 8,857 acres. Great for boating and fishing. The annual spring run of walleye and white bass is famous nationwide and draws thousands of anglers. The lakes also contain large & small mouth bass, northern pike, perch, crappie, catfish and bluegills.

This lakehouse is absolutely perfect for a getaway. Beautiful views, everything you need, and updated features made it a very easy place to stay! Our college-aged daughters insisted we all play games in the clubhouse. Steve was so informative at check-in and flexible with our checkout. My family will definitely stay here again!

Great extended weekend getaway!

We came up to the area for an extended weekend. Looking for relaxing and fishing. The lake house was perfect! Rooming and has everything you need. Steve was great and met us there to show us around. Recommended for sure!

Great Place to stay

We were there for EAA Air Venture and as usual, had a great time at the event. It was made even better by our accommodations at this lake house. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. It's only 10-15 min. from the airfield. The owner made our check in and stay excellent. Perfect Experience!!!

Lodging for NFL Draft

This house is very clean and organized. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with anything you could need for cooking/eating. The bedroom closets have extra pillows and blankets. Steve kindly met us at the house to go over things and let us into the home. The view from the back porch is beautiful and the area is very peaceful. We would definitely book here again.

Lovely property and well equipped home. We especially enjoyed the large deck, yard, view of the lake from the master bedroom and living room, garage access and the club house. The kayak is actally one person, not two as described. Recommend wearing water shoes in the lake. Overall good experience and we would definitely return!

Great quite location.

Steve’s place was immaculate and comfortable. We had 4 trucks with boats and he was more than accommodating to allow us to just make them fit however we could. Next door neighbors even told us we could park on their property if needed…so nice. On arrival Steve gave me a tour of the entire property. Everything you could need for a nice vacation was available. Highly recommend this quite location. Thanks Steve Scott

We came for a quiet family getaway with our 4 kids and this place was perfect. There was plenty for room for everyone. All the kids enjoyed the "clubhouse", swimming from the pier and the back yard. Steve had everything you could have needed on hand. It rained one of the days we were there, but the local pool/water Park was close, well priced and clean...a solid daytime activity when the lake didn't cooperate. The lake is very quiet, not filled with a bunch of recreational vehicles, so there was ample room to romp about with our boat/tubes. Our oldest son had luck fishing right off the pier, and we saw plenty of fish jumping, pelicans and a variety of other water foul. I would definitely recommend for your family.

Oshkosh getaway.

We had a very nice stay at the house. The house was clean and fully equipped. 😀 Steve, the owner, met upon our arrival. Showed us around the house. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit. Fishing from the dock, didn't catch a lot though. That was the only negative part, but its nature cant do anything about. Overall the stay was a success. I will strongly recommend this property. Hopefully we will be able to rent it again Alex

Fantastic Lake House

We spent an amazing week at this beautiful property. The house was clean and comfortable and the lake view and yard were peaceful and beautiful. We took advantage of the lake for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. The clubhouse was a nice bonus for games and fun. This was a quiet relaxing place, with amenities within minutes. Golf and bike paths were close by. Steve was a great host who offered suggestions and answered all our questions. Will definitely plan to enjoy this gem again!

in-laws 9th year getaway

The property was very nice. The house was vey clean and had everything you needed for stay. We were unable to swim because of the seaweed. Also, could not use the boat because you had to lift it over the break wall and our guys were not young enough to do. Other younger guys could do it though. Essentially, if you were not going to swim or fish with the boat it was a great place for you to come and relax. We played cards and laughed a whole lot.

Great place to get away and relax

My family and I spent the weekend here and it was a really nice place to get away and relax by the lake. Kids had a great time fishing and boating in the kayak and the house was a cozy place to relax. Steve was a great host and we'd definitely recommend booking a trip here.

A Truly Amazing Property

Our stay at this Oshkosh gem was a fantastic experience. This property exceeded all our expectations and we will certainly be returning in the future. The house is much larger in person than it looks in the photos. The back yard with lake access was perfect for private relaxation as well as outdoor activities. The back deck was big, private and offered a lot of seating. And the private clubhouse (located near the front of the property) was a real treat. The clubhouse is very big and offers everything you would want including a bar, table for cards and a refrigerator. We also took advantage of the 2 boats made available to us by the owner (1 kayak and one 3-person row boat). Boating off the dock was easy ad the water was very shallow and calm. Long story short, I cannot recommend this property any more highly. It's fantastic!!!

Out of the way but near all conveniences

We loved our stay here. We had many friends and family visit us while at this spot on the lake. The space was able to accommodate everyone, and all enjoyed the place and its amenities. I appreciated that it is close to Oshkosh but felt very secluded. Sitting on the dock on a beautiful day is the epitome of serenity.
