When we arrived at the house the property was not clean. It smelled like smoke that had been covered up by about 8 plug in air scents. The sheets did not look clean, the floors were filthy, and there was even mold on the bathroom ceiling. I was also shocked to find that one of the bedrooms did not have a DOOR. We were offered a window curtain to cover the doorway…We ended up just cleaning the place ourselves and washing the sheets because there was not another option in all of Springfield for us. The one upside, the property manager was kind and friendly when I spoke to her. This place has potential. It just needs a ton of work and a much better cleaner.

I’m sorry that you felt that way; as l mentioned to you, the house was professional cleaned, and the sheets are new. I think leaving one star is very unfair, we were there for you at all times and asking you to show us where it wasn’t clean. Yes, the door was a situation from a previous guest and because this house is very popular, we didn’t have a chance to change it before your arrival but we will be repairing. That is why I offered you a curtain for now. Like we said, we were there at every moment to help in any way.
