Minutes from Cox Medical Center and walking distance to Medical Mile, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Next to buss line and close to freeways. The home is newly renovated with stylish mid century modern theme. It has a large private backyard for kids and pets to play. To ensure property/guest safety, there is a camera at front entrance. Pets are welcome.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
•Please place all used and dirty towels on the laundry room floor. •Take all the used sheets from the used beds and put them in the washer. •Throw trash outside in the garbage bin.
• Turn off all lights, fans, TV. •Load and start dishwasher with all used dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Please turn off lights when not in use. -Please remove or wipe your shoes when inside, slippers provided to use inside. -No unregistered guests.
-Please no smoking, vaping, drugs, or burning inside. -There will be an excess cleaning fee if you don't leave the home in a reasonable condition.
-When you check out, we ask you kindly: Start dishwasher with all used dishes, deposit your trash to the bin outside and text me when you check out.
