Michelle was wonderful!
The rental was better than I had anticipated! We ran into some issues with the air conditioning but Michelle was immediately responsive and quickly moved us to another beautiful property that had working A/C. Both properties were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. Beds were comfy and they were in a wonderful location (so close to the softball fields my daughter had a tournament at). A nice coffee/ice cream shop is within walking distance but food options (in walking distance) were limited in the evening. We had brought some food to cook so it wasn’t an issue for us, but that was something other families on our team did not expect.
