Spread out in the inviting living area, furnished with a comfy sofa and a chair and a large TV with cable to keep you entertained during your stay. Sliding glass doors lead you to the balcony with great lake views! This is a wonderful spot to take in the views and relax while planning your next adventures. This place was great! It was clean , give or take a few minor things such as a little dust on the baseboards. A couple of things could be replaced due to wear and tear but nothing major. The positives of this place is that they had beach chairs and sand toys in the master closet, the pool and hot tub was awesome and clean, the TV's were nice and big and it's was all and all super cozy! Very close the the beach and shopping. We will be staying here again in the future!!!
The condo was in a great location and looks just as shown in the pictures. Would have given 5 stars but if you’re going to have an off-white carpet throughout the condo, it needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly. It hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived (found clumps of dirt all over) and light stains everywhere. The bedroom had several (cigarette?) burns in the carpet. The light-colored recliner in the living room also needed cleaning from oil/dirt buildup on the armrests. The management’s response was always immediate, which was appreciated. Everything else in the condo was neat and clean. If they steam-cleaned the carpet and living room furniture, then it would be a 5-star place to stay.

This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Rest assured, we have taken your comments seriously and have addressed the matter with our cleaning crew to ensure this is an isolated incident. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.
The cleaning service did a good job but the apartment needs a deep cleaning. The carpet, furniture and mattress pad is stained. It's gross to see a throw pillow on the bed stained also.
The kitchen and bedroom interior cabinets are dirty also. It's pretty sad when you can't empty your suitcase in the dresser. The silverware container was dirty. Ran all the dishes the first day of our visit. Shouldn't they be clean? There is dust buildup on the bathroom walls near the air conditioner vent as well. Requires a deep clean.
I'm sad to say that the place was unlivable. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights but left after 1 because of it being unsanitary. (carpet beyond disgusting, under stove burners caked with grease, discolored toilet seat, missing wand for the blinds) The only reason we stayed a night was because we arrived so late. I called Vacasa right away and had to speak to a call center who was to speak to the local property manager and get back with me on a resolution. I was told each time I called back, which was many, many times that the local manager would either call or text me but they never did. I vacated the property the next day and let them know. In the end, I had to push extremely hard to get even a partial refund which finally came through. It was a nightmare which I don't want anyone to have to go through. Plus, I was charged a separate fee from VRBO which I didn't know about until after the charges went through.
