Everything about our stay was great the room was clean and well kept and we had a beautiful view from the top floor the only reason I can’t leave a 5 star review is the quality of the mattress left us feeling sore and unrested however we would stay here again next time the staff and host were very helpful and made the check in process very simple

Great condo

Condo was great, very clean, and excellent location close to pier park. Pool was clean and large and the tiki bar is nice to have nearby. Beach was right out the back and was very clean. The 3rd party company that rents the chairs and umbrellas kind of sucks so might consider taking your own.

The bunk beds are very unstable, and it worried me with the kids. It seems like it’s missing a stabilizer board and was actually bending when a kid slept on top. Bathroom walls were not wiped down at all, I’m not sure how it was missed but I’m also not sure what it was on there but it was absolutely disgusting. We were told patio furniture was going to be replaced and to expect someone and no one ever came, the furniture that was out there was extremely wobbly and couldn’t be utilized. The listing doesn’t actually tell you that you are indeed on the 23rd floor, top floor. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked this condo with kids.. the water filter on the fridge needed replaced and it tasted weird so we weren’t able to drink out of it. I know these sound like little things but when it’s a big thing back home I would have just expected to not have to spend the extra money on bottles of water when we could use the fridge. The water in the shower constantly shut off also. I had to actually call the management company to figure out where the condo was actually located after walking around for 45 minutes trying to find it myself. Directions should 100% be clarified in check in instructions.
