Located less than a mile to the beach at the Popponesett spit and less than a half mile from the marina, where you can rent kayaks or paddle boards. Take a three mile drive to the Mashpee Commons which has everything from retail shops and dining, to movie theaters and bowling. At the end of the day head home to relax on the private patio.

Perfect Place

The house is newly renovated and very nice. It was clean neat and very comfortable...and well appointed. The house is on a quiet street and has a nice private backyard. Also, house is in a great location as it is near beaches, shops and restaurants. The hostess is very nice. She responds quickly and does not place any unreasonable demands on her guests. My wife and my three grown daughters all thought the house nice and cute. It is really saying something for them all to agree on the same thing.
