Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

No Smoking or Vaping or Illegal Substance: If detected inside the property, an odor remediation fee of $500 will be implemented. This is a 100% smoke free unit.

No Pets Allowed: Any unauthorized pets will be subject to $350 violation fee and immediate booking cancelation without refunds.

Trash: Guests must collect and take trash to The Recycle Park located at 27 Halo Pines Terrace (1.3 miles away) prior to check out or they will be charged $10/bag of trash left in the unit .

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was much more spacious than anticipated. It was clean and beds were comfy. Close to resort and base area. Perfect for a skiing getaway for our family of four.

Spring Break Road Trip

This property was a great spot to enjoy a day of skiing before we traveled to our next destination. The beds were comfortable and just enough space for us all to relax after a full day in the snow. Would highly recommend, and will be back!

Great Location!

My family loved staying in this clean and cozy condo. The location is awesome... walk to the rental places, slopes, food, everything. Loved the fireplace (and they provided wood!) and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views out the windows too. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and spacious! It was right across the street from the ski rental shop and just steps from the slopes and restaurants making it convenient for taking a rest or grabbing lunch. The back deck is private and faces the trees! Loved using the fireplace too!
