Property was located in a perfect area I needed to be. It was spacious and clean. The only down side was, they provided coffee but no cream or sugar. Which wasn’t a huge issue I just had to purchase some the next day. I would stay again the next time I have a meeting with Tucson Cancer Conquerors.
Home was very spacious, bedrooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable. The sleeping accommodations for eight did include a trundle bed and a pull out couch, as there were only two bedrooms, but there were two bathrooms, so all seven of us did have plenty of space and enough privacy as needed. We could easily park both cars in the front carport. Outdoor furniture not great, but usable when we did want to sit outside. There was an outdoor fire with gas but we did not use it as we were at a family wedding and all our nights were scheduled with events.
The house needs lots of upgrades. You can tell where they took feedback and added some dishes, etc however it is falling apart. The yard was cluttered with garbage, trim and parts of the flooring would just fall off if you barely bumped it. At a specific part of the afternoon, flies accumulate in the kitchen because the sky window is not sealed. It’s a beautiful house but needs upgraded
Check in was quick and easy! Very clean place and very spacious!! Host is wonderful this is our second time staying and we will definitely be back for a third time.
the property is beautiful and the amenities are great. The beds are super comfortable and so are the sofas. I also love the location vary centralized and close to the places you would need to be near!
We really enjoyed the stay it a big house and cozy house the only thing is that the big room there isn't no ac and it was hot to hangout there but other than that its great
Clean, comfortable and reasonable place to stay. Know that you must go through the 3rd bedroom (with Murphy bed) to get to the main relaxing and TV area.
This home is beautiful! Lots of space. Comfy beds and a really awesome “great” room where the whole family can hang out together. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and dining.
I loved this property and it was such a nice house. It was exactly as I expected and Rowan was so easy to work with. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Tucson
Pictures were not current and did not accurately reflect the current state of the house. Property was run down. Poor communication with the host prior to arrival.
This was just great for our Tim in Tucson. We had easy access to any part of town. The house was clean and had great spaces for spending time together!
This property was very pleasant and inviting. Great place to host if needed. The location was easy to find and it appeared to be a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property
This was our first trip to AZ and this house was perfect for us all, so clean and comfortable! The only negative is that we couldn’t find beaters for the mixer. A cozy fire at night in the great room watching tv and laughing, we made awesome memories here. We loved everything about this house and would love to book here again soon. Thank you, Rowan, for such a beautiful first stay with our daughter!
The location was perfect for our plans. The house was clean although it is pet friendly so there was some dog hair on some of the furniture. The family room in back was a great gathering and hangout space. All in all, we were satisfied with the property and our experience at Bedford's Bohemia.
We were there for a short stay to see our grandson who attends Arizona University. He helped organize and performed in the jazz festival. We went with our daughter, son-in-law and our dog. The location is super convenient and the house is very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and our dog loved the backyard. Rowan the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with through the booking process. It would be a great place for a family reunion.
A cousin and I hosted family thanksgiving here. As another reviewer had said, the kitchen was understocked for being able to board 6 people, so we were glad we took along extra equipment, and were able to borrow other items from a local family member. We had enough space to accommodate at least 6 people and bought fold up tables to accommodate the other 6 as we all wanted to eat together and not be scattered to the back yard, which my 84 yo uncle couldn't access. The back room was a nice place to take a quick nap or watch some football. The beverage fridge was a huge plus for freeing up fridge space for this crowd, and both were nice and cold. There are some things that need maintenance, of which I don't get that guests are reporting directly to the owner. Before departing, I gave him a list of things that needed attention, and he was receptive. Hopefully all will be resolved, bc we wouldn't mind another stay here.
