This spacious 1.3k sq. ft. retreat is bright and open with soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast nook. A delightful side patio off the living room with brick pavers creates the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee. Close to restaurants, shopping malls and hiking trails.

The Space:
★ Master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, Queen sized bed, 55" smart tv and walk-in closet.
★ Second bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, two nightstands with USB/Outlet connections and walk-in closet.
★ Third bedroom is an office that includes a desk, a full sofa-sleeper, an individual sleeping cot and closet.
★ Each room has a luggage rack and extra blankets.

The property also includes:
★ Two small car garage. Clearance 7 feet height.
★ High Speed Wi-Fi
★ Private patio and grill.
★ Community pool & hot tub

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
*Please turn the following off: - Air conditioning. - Smart Tv's and soundbar. - If you used the grill, make sure the tank valve is closed.
*Do NOT lock front security/screen door.
*Leave garage door opener control and pool key on entryway furniture.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Turn AC to 76 degrees when you go out during the summer.
Please be respectful of your neighbors.
