Great place to stay! House was clean with well-stocked kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc; ample towels for kitchen & bath; flat, fenced back yard for grandkids to play, trail access right out the fence area in a very quiet neighborhood. Hosts were quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are spending time in the Bella Vista area!

A Peaceful Hill Retreat

We stayed here while in town for a wedding in Bentonville, and it was the perfect base for exploring this beautiful area. The hosts helped us obtain guest passes to the communal pool, which was great fun for the kids. The house is very clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels and kitchen supplies. We highly recommend this relaxing home, and helpful hosts!

Great location for jumping on Back40 trail and others, our dogs were very welcomed- beautiful set up to stay with your pets and garage set up to work on your bikes. Overall great experience- would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home for a weekend getaway. Comfortable king bed in the master and the entire home was very clean. No gaps in the fencing and our dogs loved the backyard. The owners had a dog crate, which was a nice bonus since we didn’t have to bring our own. Quiet neighborhood. Our only wish would be for a television in the bedrooms. We would definitely come back.

Mountain Bike Base Camp

Great place to stay for mountain biking. Bella Vista trails start from backyard. Garage was set up to store bikes. We had an awesome time.

Great Trail access and Yard for pooch

We enjoyed are stay in Bella Vista and the trails were great! Our Host(s) we’re very responsive and a pleasure. One note is if you are traveling in a Sprinter Van, the driveway is steeper than it appears in the pics and because of the hieght, ther is no access to a level parking space.

House was very clean, well stocked with everything you need. The back deck was awesome for hanging out and having a beer after long rides on the trails. Only thing I would change is the furniture in the living room. It was comfortable but the chairs did not recline and the couch was a bit short. Great value and I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

This home is right on the hike and bike trail in the Little Sugar Trail System and 2 miles from the waterfall at Tanyard Creek . We are minutes away from Four (4) Golf Courses, (2) Country Clubs, swimming pools, tennis courts and a bunch of lakes for fishing, boating and kayaking.

What makes this property unique

We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our property. We also provide about all the amenities most of us need, and we love our dog so we don't charge extra to bring yours, only a refundable pet deposit! We even have a fenced in back yard..... which leads to the Tunnel Vision Trail!
