Quaint 1 bedroom apartment located on lower level with private decked entrance from the parking lot. Keyless entry, ample parking, full kitchen, queen bed, fast internet. This corporate apartment is a reasonable 10 minute drive to downtown Knoxville. Visit the Tennessee Theater, go see a UT game, and check out Market Square. Also, there are hiking trails, a disc golf course and kayaking nearby. (space heater and wall unit A/C).
