This beach view Majestic Sun 904B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the ninth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is newly renovated and features stainless steel appliances and a regular coffee maker. It's also fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views of the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers 2 twin-size beds, an HDTV, and an attached full bathroom. A washer and dryer can be found in the room for your convenience, and it sleeps a total of 6.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar-white sands or try fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes are available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spas, and pool decks. Beautiful beach resort style stay!

This place is beautiful! Has everything you need except beach towels. Very clean and beds are so comfortable! This place is huge, lots to do, pools are clean. Theres even a gift shop and ice cream place right when you get off elevators. When you book this place they need to send everyone a video of everything here, it’s actually like resort style with all the pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts etc. Bring your beach towels! This is an amazing place to stay!!

Superior Stay

This is, by far, the best condo we've ever booked. It was very clean and comfortable, and the view of the beach was amazing! Prior to the stay, any questions I had were answered promptly, and they were very kind. We're already talking about rebooking this unit next summer. My teens, my husband and I loved this unit; we were genuinely sad to leave. Looking forward to next summer!

Love this condo and the decor. This girls trip was in honor of my 65th birthday! We had pretty good weather despite hurricane Francine that visited the morning of our trip but happy it was done before we arrived. Cannot wait for another visit ❤️

We had a wonderful time at this condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything to cook a couple of meals. The people in the office and golf cart rental were very pleasant and nice to work with. I dont know how anyone could complain about such a nice condo, we had everything we needed, it was a great location, besides the heater in the indoor pool went out but was fixed immediately the next day, I would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you Majestic Sun, 904B. You may see me again in the near future.

Love this condo large master bed&bath comfy couch

This comp is right across the street so easy to go eat lunch go back down without lugging all that food. Small cooler for water box of Chez its and you are ready. Don’t forget to take lounge chairs from your hometown as you will only find beach chairs local. Enjoy your stay as much I did. Have fun call up extremeH2O parasailing and jet ski so so fun

Beautiful views, very nice upgrades, super clean.

Plenty of space. Very clean unit. Everything I needed. Large balcony accessible from the master bedroom and living room giving sweeping views of the ocean. Ocean front beach has beach chairs and umbrellas to rent. The unit also provides beach towels and chairs for your convenience. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Safe and secure grounds. Beautiful pool. This is my 2nd stay at Majestic Sun. Modern kitchen with all the amenities. Be advised the lobby area is un-attended like a hotel as the units are private.
