Forget your worries in this spacious and serene boathouse with gorgeous Florida views and only 13 minutes to the beaches! Only 1 step to the beautiful sundeck on the water. Spacious and comfortable seating and bedding for up to four people. King bed and two additional beds allow comfortable living for up to four people. Also designed as a romantic getaway for two. Large screen TV and gourmet kitchen added to the water views mean you are set for your comfy romantic getaway! Fun Florida beach design with everything you need. Large bedroom has one king bed and a day bed trundle. Day bed can used for up to two additional guests, or one person or a couple can enjoy using it as a reading nook.
The boathouse is on the property of a large 4250 square foot villa on the water which is rented separately. The outside patio and canal area is a shared space. Please do not enter the boat entrance unless you have a boat rental.
For stays 30 days or longer $150 for utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Venmo app before your reservation begins.
