The condo is ideally situated in a quiet and private location. You'll also enjoy the community pool, spa, gym, clubhouse, and walking trails that lead to the beach. Unwind and watch the sunset over the ocean from the spa just 50 feet away from your home.
You'll be minutes away from The Ritz Carlton and Monarch Beach Resort, Dana Point Harbor, Doheny State Beach, downtown Dana Point, and a variety of shops and restaurants. You'll also find blue-ribbon award-winning schools and an abundance of outdoor recreation nearby.
The condo is a one bedroom one bathroom. The bathroom has direct on suite connection to the bedroom.

There is not direct garage access, there is a short walk from the parking to the unit, the parking is not directly in front of the unit.

Cancellation policy and procedures
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.
If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean
Perfect location and all the amenities you could think of were included! The place was decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean. We love the area and felt at home. Neighbors were so nice too! The host was super responsive and instructions for check-in/out were clear. Thanks for a great stay! We'd love to be guests again!

Bed fantastic. Location is amazing.
We arrived late at night. The guard gate didn't have our reservation listed and couldn't get ahold of listing agent. I had to reach out to get a contact number. Can be difficult to navigate the Condo development at night initially to find building and door…and then parking spot that isn't next to condo. Once we got settled the condo is great. Fantastic kitchen amenities to cook. Sheets were so soft and smelled great. Bed fantastic. Location is amazing.
The Cozy Condo at Ritz Point was just perfect. The location afforded us walking access to many areas of Dana Point including a mile long path to the beach. The condo was very clean and was stocked with all supplies needed. The bed was comfortable and there was excellent TV access. All in all a highly recommended stay.

Very clean, comfortable, and easy to find
I really liked this house—it was very clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The location was great and close to everything I needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and plates, which I really appreciated, and the family room felt cozy and inviting.
The only downsides were that there wasn't a closet or much space to hang clothes, and the fire alarm outside went off every day for hours during my stay. The management company was responsive when I called, they did let me know that there was nothing they could do outside of the condo, and it did make it hard to enjoy the patio. Hopefully by now they have that rectified.
Overall, it was a nice stay and a great home—I'd recommend it.
