Stunning First Floor Duplex Home includes 2 BR with1 queen bed, 1 full bed with trundle, cozy sleeper sofa sectional in living room, sunroom with magnificent kitchen, brand new appliances, 1 full bathroom with a HEATED FLOOR, covered porch with chairs, outside shower, full size washer/dryer, brand new central air system w/ 3 independent controlled thermostats for each room (mini splits AC/heat), high-speed internet w/ Wi-Fi, & 3 brand new, mounted TV's that enables you to stream your favorite Apps!! We provide fresh linen/towels unless you prefer your own. We also include 4 beach tags & 4 beach chairs for all of your beach fun!!. Fantastic location!! ONE block from the BEACH, 5 min. walk from the playground, basketball/tennis courts, skating park, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, CVS & Acme!! 5 min. drive from Atlantic City Casinos & Spas, boardwalk, restaurants, & nightlife! We do not allow pets, smoking, or parties since we are a cute, quaint, & quiet home! Our family resides in the home above and are on the property regularly if you ever need assistance. We want to accommodate you the best way we can and pray many families will make lifelong, HAPPY memories here at Philly's Beach House!

No illegal activity allowed on the premises of any kind. Also, no smoking on patio or on the property. Use showers after the beach to rinse off sand.

Please be mindful of any noise after 10pm. Please respect all surrounding neighbors. Also, no beach chairs or outdoor furniture in house. THANK YOU!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property, it was a perfect space for our family of 4. Everything was as advertised, very clean and in a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend.

An amazing and perfect beach house

We loved it! Perfect for a relaxing trip to Brigantine Beach. The front porch for relaxing and provided beach chairs and tags were awesome! We will be back!

Memorial Day Weekend

My friend and I decided to go to the beach. We thought it was perfect. The place was clean and the host had everything we needed to be comfortable. They made it very easy. We had a great time. We would definitely like to stay another time.

Why they chose this property

Brigantine Beach is a perfect, island getaway for us to spend quality time together as a family. Located only one block from the beach, is truly beyond my wildest dreams from where I grew up in North Jersey! We love that it is a cute, quiet, calm island that makes us truly feel like we on vacation when we are staying here! We also love that we are only a five min. drive from Atlantic City Boardwalk & Casinos, Spas, shows, Fine-Dining restaurants, the aquarium, and exciting nightlife!! We also love that we can drive only 25 min. over to Ocean City, NJ where we can experience the nicest/cleanest boardwalk in South Jersey!
