Have fun with the whole family at this brand new adorable cottage located 5 min from the beach on Pensacola/Perdido Key. This newly constructed home features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, Ping Pong table and fenced yard for the kids to play in.

All furnishing are new and the home is equipped with everything your family needs to relax after a long day at the beach. Bedroom #1 features a King bed; Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed; Bedroom #3 features twin beds. A beach wagon, towels and cooler are provided as well as a Pool Table!!

Little paradise

The home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay forever. If I could buy this home I would it was the perfect little house.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our time in this beautiful, new home. Even though we didn’t get an opportunity to use it, there is a cute little wagon filled with a beach bag, beach towels, and a cooler for a perfect day at the beach.

Baby Girl's Birthday Beach Trip

Our mini vacay was absolutely awesome and the house played a huge role. It was a hidden charm. .. new, beautiful, clean & nicely decorated and we were the first guests!! The owner & property manager were awesome! They checked on us before and during the stay and were very quick to respond. The family & I enjoyed it thoroughly! We will definitely be returning!!

Lovely home in Great Location

My husband and I came down for a long weekend. The house is very cute and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book the home again. They only thing that was a little frustrating was that there are no lamps in the bedroom or living room so it’s either full overhead lights or darkness. Obviously that’s something that’s easily fixable and should I’m no way detract from the pros of this house.
