This beautiful new house is designed in New Orleans style architecture.



Double balcony. There a private balcony off the master suite with seating.

-65 inch smart TV that is capable with Netflix, Hulu, Etc (just use your log in.)

-High quality “Everyone” brand shampoo and body wash in each bathroom

-Parking accommodates two cars with potential for additional street parking

-Well stocked kitchen with supplies for all your cooking needs

-Dining area seats 6 (4 at the table and 2 at the island)



This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.



There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.

We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.



We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.



Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking in front of house. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.



Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.



There is a $250 security deposit required and will be done as a credit card hold or pre-authorization 2 days prior to your arrival.

The place was perfect for my family. Everything was clean and good quality for what it was. The accoutrements in the kitchen were exceptional (I’m especially thankful for the aluminum foil I found in the drawer). Shower was amazing. Decor was simple/minimal, but what was there was gorgeous. My son really liked the art. Highly recommend this place.

This property was perfectly located in the city. It was right where we needed to be. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was the right size for our family. The only improvement I would think is needed for this property would be, that the internet did not fully function for all of our devices. So that might need to be improved.

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Pensacola. The home was extremely clean, well kept, and felt brand new. One of the best parts was that everyone had their own bathroom, which made the trip much more comfortable and convenient.The location was perfect — close to downtown, restaurants, and everything we needed, while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent from the time we booked through the entire trip. They were very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.Overall, everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pensacola.

We loved our stay!! Host was very communicative. Property was close to downtown, the military base and the marina. Easy drive to Pensacola Beach. Aside from a few non-stick pans that need to be replaced, the property is clean and well maintained.
