Pinelands is the most central suburb in Cape Town with easy access to Cape Town Airport, the beaches, the mountain, the winelands: as well as to the Cape Town City center itself and the well-known Waterfront area. Being originally the first garden city suburb of South Africa, it has tree-lined avenues and offers a beautiful place to stay. The Pinelands area is an affluent garden city suburb and is often praised for its peacefulness and abundance of trees.

What makes this property unique

A private, lovely, comfortable, self-catering 311 square meter family home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac ideally located in the leafy suburb of Pinelands. Centrally located and 15 minutes drive to either the Cape Town City centre or to Cape Town Airport. It also offers easy access to explore the magnificent beaches or the wonderful winelands area and is in close proximity to the local shopping mall, parks, fields and the Mowbray Golf Course. The property is animal friendly (for the well behaved) with the area offering lots of open areas for walking dogs. All ages of children welcome. And it offers the use of a solar heated pool.
