After learning how to surf at our surf school all morning, you can dive into the pool and soak in a few rays at the swim-up pool bar. Enjoy exceptional service from the restaurant as you decide whether you want to zip line through the rainforest or take a fishing boat out to sea. Your villa manager can arrange excursions and tours throughout your stay.

We are 100% family and party friendly, and are ideal for any gatherings ranging from family vacations to bachelor/bachelorette parties to company retreats to weddings to an old-fashioned weekend getaway.

Christmas Family Trip

Casa 9 review bachelor party

Casa9 only place in Jaco to do bachelor party. Marcel and staff did excellent job accommodating our group with excursions shuttles boat day and chef services which was amazing. Everything was run very smoothly and group was pleased with the service. Would recommend to any large group looking for ideal house on beach w full staff. Shawn

4 Days of Paradise at Casa9

The photos don't do Casa9 justice - it's so much more beautiful in person. We booked a year in advance for our wedding. Marcel and Geoff were very communicative and helpful. They made everything we envisioned become a reality, plus some! Only consideration is if you are planning a wedding, ask for the wedding package cost information at the time before you book so you can be clear on the total cost (VRBO venue rental + wedding package). We will definitely be coming back and couldn't be happier with the entire staff and Casa9.

Best beach vacay for large group!

We had 38 ppl in our group celebrating New Year’s Eve for a week at Casa 9 and it was amazing! Everyone was so nice we wanted to adopt every single person we met. Chef Maikol cooked 5-star meals which everyone raved about - and it’s not easy pleasing 38 people at a time. Best decision we ever made and affordable. Marcel and Joss handled all of our arrangements and really accommodated our every request. The facility was so clean and perfectly placed on the beach. Do the surf school, you will be amazed that anyone can surf. Have them arrange your transportation and your tours - they will take care of everything! NYE on Jaco Beach was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We had guests ranging from age 16 to 79 and there was something for everyone. Highly recommended!!!

Wouldn’t Change a Thing

We had a group of 21 people stay at Casa9 for 7 nights and we wouldn’t have changed anything. The property was perfect for a group our size. Plenty of space “to spread out” as needed, but plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company together. The best part was the staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Anything we needed, anytime of day, Marcel was there to assist. He was great in the months/weeks leading up to our stay as well. Ana and her daughter kept all the rooms and common areas clean. They were also extremely nice and accommodating. Finally, the food. Had we known how amazing the food was, we probably would have had every meal there. Chef Mykol was INCREDIBLE!!! We had so many amazing meals. Once again, thank you to this amazing staff and making our stay so memorable.

Amazing place with top notch service

From renting this property until leaving we had a great experience. Geoff reached out to us which impressed myself and cared about making sure we had a great stay. All of the workers running this place are great and care very much about your stay, they’re very hard working and treat you like family and not another customer. I highly recommend Chef Maycal cooking most of your meals at this property because he’s amazing and every meal he makes it’s like he’s trying to win a award and you’ll never be disappointed from breakfast too dinner 10 stars. Marcel is the best concierge I’ve ever dealt with and he is all about making your vacation the most memorable along with treating you as family, we enjoyed his company so much he felt like he was part of our group. Thank you Geoff for allowing our group to enjoy your property as we will be coming back for sure. For whoever reads this just book this place and stop searching because you won’t find a better place in Jaco from the best spot on the beach to the best customer service you will ever receive. I give this place 10 stars on a 5 star scale.

Wow! What an amazing place!

We stayed for a week with our family of 33 and had a wonderful time. The staff was terrific - concierge Marcel, chef Maikol, housekeeper Anna and their support staff. We had wonderful recommendations and support in arranging excursions. Everything was clean and in good repair. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach with amazing sunset and ocean views. The trip couldn't have been better.

Fabulous vacation

This property is fantastic! As soon as we booked, we were contacted by the owner and property manager to discuss our stay. We had a group of 23 friends, and everyone enjoyed every minute. Marcel and the entire staff were available and helpful throughout our stay. Marcel helped plan all of our meals, excursions, and everything else we needed. The property was clean & beautiful. The owner reached out personally immediately after booking. He made the process very easy and sent a very detailed email explaining everything the property had to offer. Marcel was also in contact with us and handled every detail for our group from before we got there until the minute we left. The property was amazing, everyone was very happy with the features and cleanliness of the property. Ana had the rooms spotless every day. And the chef was amazing. I don’t think you could get a better meal anywhere in town. We are already planning our return for next year. As an extensive traveler, I have to say this has been my best experience with a property.

Excellent Family Trip

We loved the property amenities, location and staff. Right on the expansive beach, soft sand, with chairs, umbrellas and a tent in grassy area right on beach. Lots of food options for onsite or very nice restaurant 150 yards down the beach. Short walk or cheap taxi to town. Staff was outstanding and helped us in so many ways and with nice extras. Rooms very nice and all well kept and maintained. Recommended tours were excellent. Highly recommend!

Best Location in Jaco!

This place is legit. I took 18 dudes to Casa 9 for an epic bachelor party; Andres (the manager) and the Casa 9 staff did not disappoint. The place is beautiful, right on the beach, and took care of all of us in every way possible. Very short distance to city center. We enjoyed pool parties and bbqs every day. 18 guys fell in love with Costa Rica, many thanks to Casa 9! Big group? Go party at Casa 9! Pura Vida!

Stop searching for the perfect house in Costa Rica! You've found it at Casa 9!

We rented this property for a group of 14 (7 moms and 7 daughters celebrating High School graduation). Planning this trip was nothing short of easy, with so many "ideas" flying around regarding "what to do" while we were there. After speaking with Jack and Geoff, the owners, we were very much assured that our stay at Hotel 9 was going to be nothing short of top notch! The guys arranged our airport transportation, which even took us by Walmart for a grocery shop on the way to Jaco! Once we arrived, Jack and Geoff were there to greet us (we were lucky they were in town) and even gave us a group briefing about "do's and dont's" and some helpful information about the hotel. Andres, the concierge was our angel on Earth! He was willing to help us with anything we needed, (even when I ran out of Diet Coke-he had some for me in no time!!) Ana was fantastic with keeping the place immaculate each day, and Eleasar kept the pool, pool deck and outdoor areas absolutely spotless! READ THE REVIEWS and stop searching! I promise, this place and its crew will knock your socks off. We're already planning a trip back next year. Pura Vida!

First and foremost I would love to thank Andres the manager and concierge service for all his hard work in making my best friends bachelor party a total success! His work ethic is off the charts. I thank him greatly for that. I am big on people first and the people at Casa9 are great! I would like to thank the whole staff!
