New to the Hodnett Cooper rental program, St. Simons Grand #319 will satisfy the most discriminating guests! Just remodeled with decorator finishes throughout in a serene coastal theme, each room is simply a delight to behold. The oceanviews are fabulous and can be seen from all living areas as well as the master suite. The large balcony which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds is furnished for dining or just sitting enjoying your morning coffee. Either way, you have the ideal location to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean waves.

The master suite is spacious with a King bed and large master closet. The master bath features dual vanities and a spacious walk in shower. One of the additional bedrooms has a king bed as well with its own bath. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath.

Every bedroom has a Smart TV with streaming service. Traditional cable service is not provided but Hulu Live is available for real time viewing.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule. As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.

Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay!
