King and Prince Condo 2 BR 2 Bath Sleeps 6 Includes Resort Amenities
Ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at King and Prince Resort on Saint Simons Island. Includes resort amenities. Full kitchen. Living area and master bed room both open on to balcony overlooking beach. Master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing area and full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk with a full bottom and twin top with an additional twin in the room. There is a second full bath. Living/dining area has a fireplace. This 4th floor condo (yes there is an elevator) offers mesmerizing views of ocean and beach. Resort amenities include Golf, spa, tennis, pool complex, restaurants and even room service if desired. The condo complex has its own pool that is usually quieter and more private. It includes pool, hot tub and grill. You are welcome to enjoy the resort pools and beachside deck as well. This unit comes with it's own covered parking space. The resort is surrounded by countless recreational activities, historic sites, shopping, and attractions that offer something for everyone in your group. Enjoy the day at the beach, on the water, or visiting the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Christ Church, and Fort Frederica. After taking advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities, explore the Island’s numerous unique shops and art galleries.
What We are Doing to Keep Our Guests Safe
Providing a clean, comfortable vacation home is extremely important to us.
.We will provide each home/condo with soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent and dish washing liquid and laundry pods. As well as paper towels and bathroom tissue. If your stay is longer than 4 nights the above items will be on hand to get you started until you can pick up your own preferred products.

The kitchen and bathrooms are always a high cleaning priority. After each is cleaned there will be an additional wiping down of hard surfaces with a bleach solution.
Linens are laundered using the highest water temperature possible. Bed coverings will be regularly cleaned and thicker/heavier bedding will be replaced with items that are easier to launder.
Remote controls and electronics
electronic equipment will also be cleaned. Remote controls will be wrapped in plastic wrap after each cleaning.
Housekeeping
Our cleaner/housekeeper will not be charging more but will require additional time during the turnovers. This makes it imperative that our guests check out on time and wait until 3pm before checking in. As always if a home is ready earlier than 3pm we will let you know.

Why they chose this property
This property has been in the family for three generations. We love it!
The King and Prince Club opened as a seaside dance club in 1935. Six years later, on July 2, 1941, the main hotel building opened to the public as the King and Prince Hotel and was immediately praised for its modern features and magnificent ocean views. From 2010-2013, the Resort underwent a Castle Makeover, resulting in new culinary offerings and updated common areas. The new restaurant, ECHO, gives a nod to St. Simons’ brief naval history during World War II - through its name and nautical decor. The lobby Atrium welcomes guests to sit by the fireplace and the ECHO bar open daily from morning til late night. The oceanfront pool complex was also redesigned, with a paver-style deck, pergolas, all new furnishings and umbrellas.
