Upgrades include brand new roof, siding, outdoor shower, kitchen cabinets and Corian counters, new flooring and fresh paint throughout. Large deck overlooking private backyard, perfect for entertaining. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room (shared with front unit).. Brand-new full-sized sleep sofa. Although this unit has no off-street parking it's never been an issue for the occupants whom always find a spot on their same street. This unit is very reasonably priced for this market.
