Thanks Brandy for leaving your feedback about your experience. Apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. The pandemic brought with it alot of issues. An uptick of homeless persons Downtown Dallas. I haven't felt unsafe or heard any crimes because they just in need of food, money and shelter. Also, the building had experienced an uptick of party goers during the pandemic because bars were closed and Texas was one of only states that allowed people outside their homes. We have worked very hard with the building managers and city of Dallas to install measures to stop this from happening again. I can confirm today that the smoking issue has been put under control and the owners have invested $100,000 to improve the ventilation system. We really appreciated you staying with us and welcome you back when next you visit Dallas

We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool and the sleeping arrangements. We apologize for any confusion regarding the bedding configuration. The unit includes three beds that sleep six guests, and additional sleeping capacity is provided through an air mattress, which allows the unit to accommodate up to eight guests.
