Recently renovated quiet condo walking distance to the Village and pier and 3/4 mile from the beach. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is designed to ensure you're comfortable and relaxed on your vacation. During your stay you will enjoy luxury amenities such as dimmable lights, keyless entry & Smart TV/Roku. The community features 2 pools one of those are heated for cooler months.
This wonderful condo was renovated for you to easily relax and enjoy your vacation. You will have the condo completely to yourselves to make memories with your friends and family. When you walk in to the unit, you will immediately notice the light and bright living room with ample seating space, a large 55 inch smart TV and a queen sized memory foam pull out couch for any additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious homemade meal. The king suite is equipped with a large flatscreen TV, a comfortable memory foam mattress and black out curtains for a great night sleep. The ensuite has a walk in closet with hangers and a beautiful marble tiled walk in shower fit for royalty. The secondary room is also equipped with a comfortable memory foam mattress, black out curtains and a work desk. The secondary bathroom is located just across the hall and has a shower/tub. This unit has private high speed internet for browsing the internet or working. NOTE: We do not have safety bars in the shower.

Great Location and Unit

We had a great time at St. Simons Island. The Unit was just as described and pictured. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. Location was great to access most anything and was a bike ride or short walk to the downtown area. Highly recommended!

Clean and Comfy Condo

We’ve come and stayed in ocean walk the last three years and this was the best condo we’ve stayed in so far in this condo community!It was great having smart TVs instead of having to bring our own Roku to use. We loved the decor. It was nice to have a comfortable king size bed and washer and dryer in the condo. Great dining table for a group if you need space. They did a great job decorating without it feeling cramped. Everything feels open and there’s great natural light throughout. I could go on and on and on about this condo, we loved it and would book it again in the future.

It was a 70 bday gift to me with my husband .Enjoyed the location to the downtown area . We are seniors that need safety grab bars in the showers . Please consider install them for the safety of your guests!

I'm sorry to hear you experienced an issue with our home. However, our check-in time is at 3pm, and you arrived at 1pm, while our cleaner was still finishing the unit. We sent the check-in instructions, including the time, three times via email and the VRBO app to ensure a smooth process. The home was clean and ready 45 minutes prior to check-in. It's important for us to allow our cleaners the necessary time to prepare the house properly. We strive to make the home perfect for every guest.
