The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used linens & towels in the laundry basket in the closet by front door.
Garbage can is located on the right side of the garage.
When leaving, please turn A/C off (or) to 72 degrees if hot weather. Please turn baseboard heaters to 60 degrees in cold weather.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If over 30 day+ stay is desired, please contact me prior to booking to allow for review.
Damages to property by pets or persons are subject to billing guest for costs incurred.
