Great stay in the heart of Paris.

The location was perfect for visiting the sites and access to nice dinning options. Convenient to the Metro as well. Our family of four had Paris at our finger tips and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We stayed 6 nights. Thrilled with the location. Energetic street and square with cafes, shops, restaurants. We walked everywhere from the location. Such a fresh and clean apartment, two bathrooms and fully functional kitchen. It was perfect for our family of four. Very responsive host.

Great Location

Location of property was fantastic and Mikael was communicative throughout. Very busy nightlife on street but definitely fun. One of the best moments was sitting in the apartment relaxing when someone in the square close by started playing accordion music — perfect while in Paris! It was something out of movie it seemed.

Lovely apartment in 5th Arrondissement

Me and my wife, along with my daughter and her fiancee, spent a great long weekend in Paris, and stayed at this lovely apartment in the 5th Arrondissement. The apartment is clean, efficient, and well equipped, with 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, and 2 showers. The location is awesome, with many restaurants, cafes, and sites to see within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Quick stay in Paris

We spent a night here between flights from the US and a drive to Occitanie. We caught the train from Charles de Gaulle and even with our luggage, the apartment was an easy walk from gare Luxembourg. Rue Mouffetard has delightful food options and we spent a happy afternoon with friends at a cafe on the square. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and very comfortable for us and our adult and teen kids. Highly recommended!

Latin Quarter location

We had a good 1 week stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, lots of food and local store shopping options and close the the metro. This is in a lively neighborhood that goes well into the night. The apartment is super clean. All description from the website is accurate. The property manager is very responsive and addressed issues very quickly, as well as provided terrific dining options information.

Outstanding location!

The property is located in a fantastic area if you are looking for a wide variety of dining options, a busy night life, and easy access to the metro. The apartment felt very safe and was very clean. It had everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed exploring the city during the day and coming back at night to the plaza outside the apartment for a nightcap at one of the many cafes while listening to live music in the square. The owner was excellent with communications before and during our stay. He was always available and provided helpful suggestions about where to eat and things to see.

An amazing find! This beautiful apartment is located in an adorable Latin Quarter square with a fountain and many cafes surrounding it. The windows open up to the lively street below. Its modern, clean and comfortable. Maikel was very responsive and communicative. There is a grocery store and a train station within a short walk. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here :)

Val de Grac exceeded expectations

Graduation gift for my twin daughters. Stayed at this lovely well appointed vrbo in the heart of mouffetard square. Close enough to all the tourist attractions by metro but far enough to immerse in living in Paris like a local. Building was very secure and owner was very prompt and engaged regarding any issues. Would absolutely stay in this property on next visit to Paris.Unit exceeded expectations in cleanliness, accommodations, comfort and style.

This was the perfect location for my family of five. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Everything was new and updated. The busy night life and dining options were fun and helpful. We enjoyed walking to nearby cafes and Notre Dame. Finding transportation was simple when we needed it. The owner was excellent with communication; always available, extraordinarily kind and helpful with suggestions. We would definitely recommend it and would go back in a heart beat.

Wonderful apartment in a very lively area of Paris

This apartment is a fantastic place to stay in Paris! My husband, my two grown kids and I just spent a wonderful week at this apartment. The apartment is clean, newly decorated with comfortable beds, 2 full showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a lot of light in the apartment and everything is brand new. We had everything we needed including a blow dryer in each bathroom, a dishwasher and a washing machine. We were steps away from the Place de l’Contrascarpe which is a really lively fun area in the 5th arrondisment. This place is quite lively all night long which makes it easy to come and go no matter how late. Fortunately, the front windows when closed block out the noise really well and the back bedroom is always quiet as it opens to a courtyard. The apartment manager answered our questions right away and communicated with me as often as we needed. It was very easy to check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lively and Active Location

The apartment was perfect for the four of us (all over 50 years old). The area is in one of the older areas in Paris, with a Roman Arena near by. We happened to stumble across it on our many adventures. The square nearby is full of restaurants and bars literally just outside the apartment door. The pictures are exactly what the apartment looks like. Bright and friendly, we happened to have great weather. Opening the windows in the day time was great. It is in a very noisy area of the Latin Quarter, so it may be a difficult if you are sensitive to noise. We loved looking out our windows, hearing and seeing everyone. The back bedroom was much quieter. Two showers and one toilet (all in separate areas) worked perfect for our group. For our first time in Paris we had a complete blast. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone, my only caveat is the noise, we loved it but it may not be for everyone.

Location, location, location!

Maikel the host was very communicative before and during our stay. He let us store our luggage in the flat at noon even though check in wasn’t until 4, making it much more convenient for us. To note, the flat is on the third floor and you must carry your luggage up a relatively narrow staircase. I say this because it was difficult for some of us with big/bulky bags. Maikel also provided us with a list of cafes, bakeries, sites and so much more prior to our visit which was so helpful. We traveled with our two teens (boy and girl), so we needed to use the pull out sofa as a bed. My son said it was very comfortable. We did have trouble working the washer/dryer combo. Never were able to dry our clothes, but it may have been user error. I was nervous about noise, since the flat overlooks Rue Mouffetard (a bustling street), but once the windows were closed, the noise was blocked out. My teens loved sitting by the windows that overlooked the street to people watch, at night. I wasn’t sure about the area when we first arrived-again very busy. But, we loved it. Close to cafes, bread, cheese, coffee, wine and pastry shops. Many amazing restaurants were also in the Latin Quarter, too many to choose from. We found it to be a safe area. I walked around alone in the early mornings without issue; we walked back from Le Marais one evening at 11 and had no issues. Overall, great experience and we highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay here. Though small, it is clean, modern and well-equipped. The galley kitchen has everything you will need- dishes/mugs/glasses/utensils. The washer/dryer worked very well. There is a nice-sized dining table. The apartment is on a busy street and has a nice indirect view of Place de la Contrescarpe. The square and the street are very popular especially with students, so can get lively, but that adds to the charm. It never got rowdy. The windows are of great quality and do an excellent job of blocking the noise at night. The beds are comfortable. There are two bedrooms each with a full bed, and a sleeper sofa in the small living room area. The bathrooms are well-appointed with marble showers. The hairdryers were good quality. There is one toilet. The closets and bedside tables are small. There are two metro stations a few minutes walk away- one at Place Monge and another at Cardinal Lemoine. Was very easy to get to any part of Paris via those two stations. There are multiple cafes, bakeries, restaurants, markets within walking distance. The only downside was lugging our suitcases up then down the narrow twisting staircase- that was NOT fun. Also, there is no AC- though we did not need it in May. The host was very communicative and gave great advice by email. In all we were very satisfied and highly recommend this apartment.
