Great location - dishonest profile

This is a straight up hotel. Why is it on VRBO? Also, a "suite" means more than one room. But beyond that it was a pleasant stay. Nice place.

Clean and comfortable

Kimberly at the front desk was incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions. When we got up to the room we found that we had been upgraded to a room with a small balcony and a view of the courtyard and the water on the property. The room was very clean and the bed and couch were comfortable. We appreciated that there were laundry machines and a small kitchen area available for guests to use.

Hotel, not condos.

Decent hotel very near the airport. Train outside the window kept us up both otherwise good stopping place for getting to the airport early. Airport shuttle was great. Clean, comfortable. Front desk staff didnt know what some of the pictures were of, outside isnt much. Safe clean hotel near the aiport that served our needs.

The coffee and breakfast situation was crazy, sometimes they were out of coffee, sometimes it was run like a Starbucks counter and they charged you, sometimes they didn’t charge you. If you wanted breakfast, you had to buy a sandwich or something from the Starbucks supply, and there wasn’t always a person there to help. It really made no sense. Also, it is just a hotel that has one side of it with a decent view the other side is no view. VRBO advertises it as if it’s some special location. Hotel wise it was OK but going through Vrbo made me think I was getting something above a hotel situation. The staff was very nice, however, and it was a clean hotel.

When I came down to get breakfast, I was charged for breakfast instead of giving complementary breakfast which was included. I didn’t get my complementary breakfast for both days.
