Luxurious beach house is ready for your perfect summer vacation at East Matunuck Beach . Located in a private community of waterfront homes nestled within a pristine salt water estuary overlooking Block Island Sound.
Short walk to East Matunuck beach and several restaurants, including one of RI's most popular Matunuck Oyster Bar.
Private, gated, manicured grounds with multiple amenities including a kayak launch with direct access to Potter Pond. Water views from every angle.

Main floor includes kitchen with quartz countertops and high end appliances, dining and living areas, bedroom, bathroom and laundry closet. From here you can step out to expansive deck and enjoy waterviews and beautiful sunsets. Loft offers queen size bed and 2 twin beds. Ground level offers family room, bathroom and another bedroom. Ground level leads to a stone patio & outdoor shower.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Hop on block island ferry for a quick trip to block island or just stay put and take paddle boards out (provided), go clamming or crabbing in the Potters Pond in the backyard, enjoy East Matunuck beach (beach chairs and towels provided as well as beach cart), get on bikes for sightseeing and stopping at local farmstands, take in beautiful sunsets from the upper deck while surrounded by waters and many species of birds chirping to make it perfect relaxing evening.

Great place!!! Overlooking nature area and it was especially beautiful to sit out on deck in mornings and hear/see all the different birds. Thank you for providing binoculars. Inside is very clean and comfortable, perfect for 5 adults. We would absolutely stay here again. Property managers were super nice and quick to respond to any question.

We loved the location and the house. Being so close to the beach was a bonus as my family enjoys all kinds ofwater sports. The spiral staircases were difficult for anelderly person like myself. Such a great house in a fantastic location! Water views all around and great bird watching! We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant Matunuck Oyster Bar for sunset drinks and great food! Immaculate house with gorgeous views

The house was spotless and everything appeared brand new. There are beautiful views of the water from all of the rooms and the living areas are filled with light. It was so great to be able to walk to both the beach and a great restaurant. The host was immediately responsive and very welcoming. We hope to be back!
