A PIECE OF PARADISE
This 3-bedroom duplex is located at swan lake. In this private home and gated community (ELGOUNA), you will have privacy and views with a spectacular view of the lagoon within minutes of everywhere in Gouna—the perfect combination of privacy and modern life.
The ground floor features a spacious, light-filled living room with a seating area connecting the indoors and outdoor lagoon.
The kitchen is modern and stylish, fully fitted with over-basic amenities. Raw wood dining table connects the kitchen with the living room and can easily accommodate six people.
The main bedroom has a separate entrance to the patio, a comfortable queen size bed, and a private bathroom. There is also a half bath on the bottom floor.
Upstairs there are two single beds bedrooms with an en suite bathroom.
1st level also features a terrace with a lovely view. The open space allows you to see the lagoon.
