Cottages at Eastern Lake is a private, coveted community located on the south side of Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach. This charming community has a recently renovated pool and easy access to Eastern Lake. Take advantage of kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding opportunities, all within reach. Barefoot Cottage is within minutes of Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach; you'll never run out of exciting activities to explore.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles + Golf Cart.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
