The house in good neighborhood and convenient for local access to gas station, grocery stores and other connections. The host is nice and friendly helpful for my questions. I will come back when I visit Katy area.

However the house was clean, horrible beds, washer not working. A few cockroaches here a there. Property need updating. Trash left in can under garage. 2 tvs throughout the house. Overall area was pretty quiet. I mean if they put more back into the home it will be a nice place to stay.

We had a great time in Katy TX. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. Host was easy to communicate with. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but tolerable for the 3 nights that we spent in the house.

It was a good stay, we stayef here as it was close to the field my son was playing at. Clean, good area, beds not very comfortable but happy with everything else.

Great location!!

Stayed here with the family and it was a great experience. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Didn’t spend too much time at the house but the time that we did it felt comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking close to this area.

Peaceful good quite neighbor hood

It was over all nice my daughter and her friends enjoyed her birthday getaway and the host was very easy to get in touch with I will be staying here again when in this area for a family get away thanks again Melissa 👍

Good Stay.

This was a very good stay overall. There were a few light bulbs out in the front porch and in the closet. We needed a few more towels and the sheets seem to small for the mattress. I would definitely stay again and just bring a few things along with me. Good stay overall and I would recommend. Thank you

We rated the stay an overall 4 because of the mattresses. The mattresses are either extremely old or extremely cheap. Felt like sleeping on spring, topped with a thin layer of cardboard with a little bit of cushioning, the mattresses themselves were extremely noisy also.Other than that, extremely satisfied.

Owner was great, but the property itself needed upgrades and fixings. Bathroom toilet kept running. Beds aren’t comfortable. Bare minimum in the kitchen. 1 key and 1 garage door opener.

Nice home, newly furnished My guess is we were among the 1st to rent. Guest shower didn't work, and not enough towels or kitchen supplies. I still recommend this home, and assume the owner will rectify the shortcomings Also, parking in the garage was a nice surprise

The house was dirty. All beds were full size, not queen size as listed. Blinds broken. Urine stains from an animal. Stairs were stained/dirty. Next door neighbor has a dog that barks constantly and a rooster. Microwave didn’t work. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Shower Curtain rod in the bathroom was completely covered in rust. Towel holders were missing. Towels were very cheap in quality and fraying. Toilet in downstairs bathroom didn’t work. We left after one night. Bedroom sheets had hairs on them. Master bathroom en-suite had hairs in the shower.
