You'll be in Seminole Heights, one of Tampa's oldest suburbs where there are plenty of trendy restaurants, bars and cafes to walk or bike to. All that Tampa has to offer- Riverwalk, stadium, arena, downtown, theme parks are all within 5-15 minutes. And when you are hanging out at your vacation home, you have a large eat-in kitchen, a brand new master bath room and newly renovated spa shower in the second bathroom, a fully fenced and private backyard oasis with spacious dining area, fire pit and hammock. The house is fully stocked for your enjoyment! King sized beds in bedrooms 1 and 2, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. High thread count sheets, extra pillows, phone charging stations, fluffy towels and all kinds of amenities to spoil you during your stay.

We usually stay in short term rentals when we travel and do everything we can to treat our guests the way we'd like to be treated. Why they chose this property

Seminole Heights is such an incredible, quirky, friendly, diverse and welcoming neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and little shops in walking distance. It is a diamond in the rough, far from pretentious, yet the unassuming Ichicoro Ramen restaurant received a "Bib Gourmond" from the Michelin Guide, then shut its doors to move on to other things. That's how quirky we are! The greatness is ever present, sometimes you just have to look a little harder for it. Beyond the construction dust on just about every corner is something new popping up to delight residents and visitors. The Hillsborough River borders the neighborhood to the west and if you head south along it, you are right in the heart of the fun of Riverwalk, Armature Works, Curtis Hixon Park and The Straz. Go a few minutes north to the Tampa Zoo and Busch Gardens.

One of a kind furnishings indoor and out keep the house comfortable and give it a hip vibe. Phone chargers on each side of the beds, micro fridges in each bedroom provide cold bottled water at your fingertips... even in the middle of the night! Extra blankets, soft sheets and fluffy towels are upgrades you don't often find in this area.
