Welcome to my bungalow nestled in the heart of Tampa. A welcoming front porch offers a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax. Location is Key. Close to numerous attractions and airport (8 min drive), within 3 mile radius you’ll find Convention Center, Benchmark Arena, Raymond James Stadium, the University of Tampa, Armature Works, Riverwalk, major highways, shopping malls, and an array of dining options. From supermarkets and gyms to the beautiful Causeway and Bayshore Boulevard, everything you need is within around 10-minute drive radius. Concerts, sporting venues, museums, zoo, all you need!
Home offers two bedroom two bath, both with Queen size bed. An equipped kitchen, Master Bedroom with en suite providing an extra large shower, and queen bed with smart tv 43 inch, second bedroom also queen size bed, plenty of windows, full blackout curtains, and fresh linens. Main Bathroom has a shower and tub combination, basic toiletries for a week worth of travel provided. Inviting and centrally located, hassle free to everywhere you need to go. Currently, the backyard is home to a boat, but you’re welcome to use it as well. I’m currently working on updating the backyard with fun features to make it even more enjoyable.

Why they chose this property
I have put a lot of love and style into the Tampa Bungalow! Precisely picked all wall art, and sheets. It is truly comfy and it will feel like at home. I have been in several rentals which they did not provide comfort, rather feels like you're in a bunker! Not here! You will be happy to be centrally located (<3 Mi) to most fun places to visit such as: Downtown Tampa, Amalie arena, Riverwalk, Armature works, Univ. Of Tampa, Soho, Bayshore, Midtown, RayJames Stadium, International Mall, Tampa Airport. Fabulous restaurants such as Ocean Prime, Columbia, Capital Grille. Additionally, right by major highways (2745, I4), fast drive to beaches, Busch Gardens or Beaches. Catch one of the bikes from the house and ride all the way to riverwalk! This property has everything you and your family is searching for! Comfort, value and Fun!!!

The most unique benefit of the bungalow is certainly the location and comfort inside! I put a lot of love into details and assurance of a nice nights sleep! Master bedroom Bose surround sound system, also curtains are full blackout making it very cozy and quiet for a good sleep, also lots of closet storage. Kitchen area also has air-fryer for healthy meals, Nutribullet for your protein shakes, tea pot, PLENTY of condiment and spices!. House has board games, outdoor games, beach towels, Iron & board, plenty of places to put your clothes and travel bags such as fold tables and benches, extra kitchenware, and other items such as Aloe, sunscreen, etc.. I also provide bicycles in case you are feeling adventurous and ride to armature works, bayshore or the riverwalk!
