This is a fully furnished unit in the heart of Bradenton with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. It is close to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to Anna Maria Island. It features a bathroom that has been fully remodeled with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. This unit has vaulted ceilings and central A/C. There is a large fenced-in backyard to enjoy the warm Florida evenings or a spacious sun room/office if you prefer to stay in the comfort of air conditioning. The living room couch has a fold-out queen bed. There is a brand new washer/dryer available in the utility room that is shared with the adjoining unit.

Bright and Comfortable with Every Amenity, Beaches Nearby

This bright, fresh, roomy home is a 10 minute drive to the scenic, and easily accessible, Palma Sola causeway. With this comfortable place as our base, we explored the gorgeous Bradenton Beaches and loved Holmes Beach. Coquina Beach and the Anna Maria Island Bayfront Park. Be sure to take a stroll along Bradenton Riverwalk. For those who really like to set up house for a nice long holiday, this home has everything you'll need, a very well equipped kitchen, with cooking implements that make the home chef happy, including a large fridge and a good Ninja blender to go with the automatic ice maker. You'll also have comfortable beds and linens, a bright renovated space and excellent entertainment available. Shopping is very convenient. Another convenient feature of this home is the covered parking and a back yard patio with a sunset cocktail view. The host is super helpful. We had a great holiday here.
