True beach style condo with beautifully kept grounds including live oak trees, an inground pool, and grilling area. The complex is located across the street from the beach on the famous SHORE DRIVE. Close to restaurant row, groceries, Tanger Outlet, go-kart track, put-put and more! The unit has a queen bed in each bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a meal. We offer flat screen TVs with cable in each room and 2 of them have streaming capabilities. We provide beach towels, bath towels and sheets for your convenience, along with a starter pack of toiletries.

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
-One parking pass is included with your rental.

The place was as advertised. Convenient location across the road from the beach and Ocean Annie's, and the pool was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. If I had one criticism it would be the humidity in the unit. Despite keeping the dehumidifier emptied, it was still noticeable. The host was prompt to respond to messages prior to and during our stay.

Overall very nice, and had a great time! Very close to the beach, and the pool was excellent. The only downside was mattress in the pullout couch wasnt comfortable at all. The area was exceptional and I highly recommend!

We loved this location. We didn't get to spend much time in the rental, but when we did, it suited our needs perfectly. Tiffany was proactive about reaching out to make sure everything was working well for us. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Checkout requirements were minimal and easily manageable. Would stay again.

Great Getaway

The unit and facility was very nice and comfortable. No elevator is tough on the 3rd floor and an overly aggressive car towing company was annoying. I had just got my bags into the room & sat down for a few min and they were getting ready to tow my car. Had to sprint down to stop

Excellent stay

Communication with manager was great. Just before our arrival the AC unit in livingroom had stopped functioning and the manager had placed a free standing unit in the livingroom. When the new unit arrived arrangements were made to get it installed while we were out for the day. The photos of the unit were pretty good, the bathrooms are a little smaller than I suspected, but otherwise unit looked like I expected. We ate in local restaurants a lot, but if we had been doing more cooking, the kitchen could be a little better stocked - at least a larger frypan for cooking breakfast eggs. So you can see there is not much to complain about.....we like the rental.
