Stay and play at this centrally located single family home. This home includes a spacious kitchen, including a full size refrigerator, fully stocked pantry (with plates, cups, etc.) coffee maker, toaster, 2 burner cooktop, propane grill and microwave.
Enjoy the sounds of the Pemi River right from the front porch while sipping coffee on one of the six white Adirondack chairs. Each of the bedrooms includes an updated bathroom, one that includes a full size bathtub. Families can utilize the pack n plays, sound machines, baby monitor and booster seats available for the little ones. Play a game of foosball after a day of skiing, or watch a movie in the comfy living area. Head home from a fun filled trip with clean laundry after using the full size washer and dryer right off the kitchen.
You will be within walking distance to area popular attractions and minutes to all the great restaurants and shops Lincoln has to offer. Easy access to snowmobile trails.

This property is at the perfect location, right near to all the restaurants and its so clean and well if you like foosball then it's a no brianer

Too hot for a summer stay

The property has two bedrooms. One doesn't have any windows and the other one has two but they are covered by the headboard of the queen bed. They provide two fans, one was very small. They suggested turning on the heaters in only air but air was hotter than outside. All the windows are in the same side of tbe building so there was no airflow. It was claustrophobic. We spent most of our time sitting outside and some of my friends ended up sleeping in the car. Temperature outside at night was around 60s. Inside probably 100, no exaggeration.

The best feature of this rental is the location. A quick drive to 3 different great ski mountains, and just a few minutes to Main street and restaurants. The property itself is a bit odd. It has everything you need, just not how you might expect it, so keep that in mind when booking. Considering the price of the rental I was surprised at how... unique... it was. Overall we had a great trip. Good weather and good snow conditions on the mountains. The property was clean and there were no major issues.

This home is very easy to get to, as it is located right off of a Rt. 93. It's proximity to beautiful hiking trails and numerous attractions, restaurants, spas, shopping, etc. make it a wonderful place to visit!
