About this property

Coming to Lampasas, Tx? We have a comfortable 3 bedroom home suitable for families & friends. 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bath. This home will sleep 5 comfortably. We have added a plush foldable cot that will be stored in the closet for a 6th guest, if needed. Located on Nix road, you are minutes from Key Avenue (the main road that runs through our town) and about a 30 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park.

We recently renovated a few things in this home, such as the original wood flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout. We purposely wanted to keep it as original as possible as it has been in our family for many years and we intend to preserve the memories that we have made as a family here.
We hope that this doesn't deter you from booking with us. We intend to make your stay as personable and comfortable as possible. The owners live just down the street and are happy to assist with any needs that you may have.

If you have any special requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate them if possible

We have kept this home as original as we could to preserve the memories made by ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren. We own a business in Lampasas on the square (a gift shop & deli) and would love to offer our guests free lunch & special discounts in our shop. We are new to this, but we intend on making your stay as comfortable as possible! In order to build positive reviews, we have discounted the rates for now and added a low cleaning fee.
