Wonderful place to stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this location. The owner was great to communicate with and the location was amazing for us. One note, the master bed is a firm mattress. It was great for me but not everyone like a firm mattress. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Felt like home

Visiting local family

Accommodations were not ready on arrival. Communication with host was good, and all was corrected in a few hours. Upon checking in with our luggage, we found all to be very good. We don't know why the initial problem, but the host credited part of the first night to us as a bit of compensation. Rating all as 5 stars because, although not perfect, 4 stars would be an underrating.

Tournament Stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this place put us 20 minutes from any set of fields we needed for the weekend. Space was clean with the exception of a few carpet stains, which is life. This gave us a lot more space for the price of a weekend’s hotel. Will definitely consider this property again if we have another tournament in WS.

Lovely stay in Winston-Salem

The townhouse was lovely, roomy and perfectly situated for the activities we planned in the area with easy access to travel in all directions. The driveway was easily long enough for our two cars. The property description was accurate and had all the amenities described. The property manager/owner was very welcoming and communication was great. If in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

Such a nice place

This was such a nice and comfortable place. Is a newer construction so it has all the amenities you would expect. Plenty of room and it even has an office. The apartment complex down the street has a very convenient doggy area. Alicia was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. If you are visiting the Winston Salem area this is the place to stay.

Weekend Get Away

The rental was extremely clean, easy to find, located about 15 minutes from downtown Winston. Extremely easy check in, excellent communication, quiet neighborhood, minutes south of I-40. Rental was very roomy, nice kitchen and nice furniture. We will definitely inquire about renting this same house for our future visits to Winston-Salem

Enjoyed staying for the most part it was perfect but the fridgerator had a used dirty plastic knife left it in, and having an immunocompromised son that was disappointing but wouldn’t stop us from visiting again!

Comfortable and extremely pleasant. Trouble with a few appliances but it in no way affected how much we enjoyed ourselves. Alicia was great to communicate with. Fast reply to all correspondence. Would stay again.

Nice weekend stay

Townhouse was clean and easy to find. Check in/out was easy as well. Bedrooms are upstairs along with an office. The office could easily be converted to a bedroom with a blow up bed. There were a lot of cars parked on the street but no one blocked the driveway or even made it hard to get in and out. We were spending our time between Bermuda Run and south Winston Salem and it was easy to get where we needed to go.

Seeing my son graduate law school

After checking in 15-20 minutes early, we realized the cleaning lady had not come yet to change linens or get the house ready. I promptly reached out to the house manager and it was remedied in a very prompt manner. By the time my husband and I returned from dinner with my son, who we had come to see, the house sparkled and smelled wonderful!!! I could not have been more pleased with the house or the communication. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close proximity of wake forest law school as well as the downtown area of Winston Salem. I would stay here again in the future.

Just as before the house was very clean. During our stay there was power outage that affected the area, Alicia was in constant contact updating us on the situation.We've already booked our 3rd stay!
