Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, downtown SA Riverwalk apt! The apt has city & Riverwalk views, making it perfect for all Riverwalk events, shopping & restaurants. Picnic on the building's 2nd floor patio as you watch boats pass below. Rent bikes and scooters on the street level and go to the tower, museums, the missions or riverboat to the Pearl! Are you all getting married at the courthouse or cathedral? Don't forget to add your "love lock" to the Love Lock Bridge!
The space
The SA Riverwalk Apartment is a fun, comfortable, Texas style space curated just for y'all! Vintage and new furnishings brought together to help you experience San Antonio! Stay in & enjoy the view or head out for endless hours of sightseeing, the arts, history, culture, events, shopping & foodie delights! If you're having an extended stay, there's Sea World, Six flags & more shopping! Nearby cities: Fredericksburg, Boerne, New Braunfels & Wimberley are all great day trip destinations!

The Main Plaza Apt building has a secured entry lobby. Both tenants and visitors can feel safe day and night. The building also has an elevator & stairs to access all floors. The 2nd floor patio over looks the River Walk and is open for use 24hrs a day by all residents and guests!
The building also has a paid laundry room on every floor. If you need to do some laundry: there's a laundry basket in the bedroom closet that has soap, stain remover, softener & dryer balls provided free for ur stay. The washers ($1.75) & dryers ($1.25). The laundry room is in the hallway on the other side of the building & is used on a1st come basis & and take quarters to operate.
Other things to note:
Parking is everywhere, but it's all paid parking & on a 1st come basis. There's a parking lot 1 block away $5 for 30 min- $20 for 24hrs. 2 blocks away is a lot for $12 for 24hrs. There are 2 parking garages 1 & 2 blocks away also. For the city parking, there's meter & pay stations. A parking meter is the traditional single space meter that mainly accepts coins for payment. A pay station serves multiple spaces and has the ability to accept credit cards for payment. Both devices are used throughout San Antonio. Those spaces are free everyday from 6pm- 8am! Please be sure to look for signs posted for rates & no parking. I can pretty much guarantee that you'll get a ticket if you park in a no parking area or if ur time expires in the paid parking lots or meters. Keep ur receipts & watch ur time!
