This is a very clean, newer property that is relatively easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Moab. The patio was nice for us to use in the evenings, and all furnishings and amenities inside made the stay very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Moab.

A great location and a perfect place. AC felt amazing after a hot day and had a lovely balcony to hang out on and look at the stars and moon and relax after a day visiting parks. Highly recommend!

This spot was absolutely perfectly located, as all of the downtown spots were within a 10 minute walk from us! The laundry was super clutch and accessible, with detergent provided by the host. It was a lovely, quiet stay while somehow also super close to wherever we wanted to go. Beautiful home and great stay overall—would definitely come back!

This rental was perfect for our week-long stay in Moab! It was nicely furnished, the beds were super comfortable, it was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed including some cupboard space to put our groceries! Laundry facilities were much appreciated. Close enough to walk to town. We also enjoyed the comfortable outdoor seating area.

Great stay in Moab

Our stay in downtown Moab was exactly what we wanted! Nearby National Parks and the town was so cute with shops and restaurants. The apartment was so clean, with comfortable furnishings, perfect parking, and even laundry. Highly recommend as a base for exploring the area.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is near groceries and convenient to the rest of Moab. Place was clean, well stocked and the grounds were nice. Would stay again if we make it back to Moab

This is our second time to stay at this property. It is a great location!! We can walk to all the restaurants, easy parking and central trail access. It is always super clean!! We will absolutely stay here again!

Best location, close to downtown, 10 mins from Arches Park, neat and clean apartment, nice patio to sit out in the evening. Bedding can be bit better, but overall great place to spend 3 nights in Moab with family. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here when they are in Moab

Very Comfortable, Great Location

We were very happy with this rental. It was exactly as pictured. Good AC, comfortable beds, full kitchen, and central to all the things in the area. 8 minute drive to Arches National Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and pleasant

Was only there for a night but the place was very clean with everything you might need. Check in and check out instructions were clear too and the host was easy to reach and communicate with! Very close to Arches National Park as well. Would stay here if I ever come to Moab again :)

Great place

This place has whatever you need for a vacation close to Arches National Park. It’s 10 minutes away for the ANP entrance, great for getting in the park early without reservations. Very clean, comfortable, patio, 3 TVs, good size kitchen. The apartment situated close to downtown, but private and quiet. Highly recommend!
