Spacious four (4) bedroom - three (3) bath condo. This 1800 square foot Windsong Penthouse condo is the largest floor plan available at Splash.

This magnificent Penthouse just got even better! Just completed in March 2021, the newly remodeled bathrooms, the condo has been repainted, new flooring has been added, with many new furniture upgrades!

Our unit sleeps 8 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed for a total of 10 people. if needed. Two King Master suites w/gulf view balconies; Queen guest bedroom; and a 4th bedroom with a twin/twin bunk bed. The Queen sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. Both king master bedrooms boast spacious bathrooms with large separate shower and garden tub.

Splash Resort Panama City Beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a Jacuzzi and, RIPTIDE, the poolside Bar & Grill (opened Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day weekend).

The condo was great and very comfortable for our family of 5. The location was also great to access the beach and Pier Park, as well as anything else you may want to try in PCB. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family time at Splash Resort

Very nice place. I was surprised the balcony didn’t really have any comfortable furniture. A table and hard back chairs. Not great for relaxing on the balcony. We actually went out and bought some camo style loungers for comfort. The dining table wasn’t big enough for entire family of 9. One just a little larger would be much nicer, especially for playing games. Beds were very comfortable. No sharp chef’s knives! Again, just surprising for a well-equipped kitchen. Maybe they were taken by previous renters….we went out and bought a couple. Easy remedy for hosts, and a griddle would be nice. Great beach -surprised at how busy it was. Very clean, which is always nice. Absolutely great breezes on the balcony. Overall a good place.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is beautiful, and has a relaxing feel to it! The check in process was easy, we requested an early check in due to another company moving us, and we we able to get in just a little sooner, which made the move easier and less stressful. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

Amazing stay

We rented a condo in Splash Towers for April 6-9th. The place was amazing....the pictures did not do it justice. The place was more than we could have ever expected. Our teenagers had a blast since there is a variety of things to do onsite and near by. The owner/property manager was amazing and kept us informed during the entire stay. We will definitely be back.:)

2 years over due.

This property was phenomenal. Check in process was very easy. There was plenty of parking. Our family of 9 had plenty of room. The views from here are amazing. Seen dolphins every day drinking my coffee on the balcony. We would love to rent again. The place was clean and I am picky! Couple annoying issues, but they don’t take away from the property. 1. More elevators trust me get on when you can 2. Second balcony we couldn’t use because of all the birds and their poop. They are are not afraid of people. 3. The water pressure in the showers are not great 4. You must kinda wash your dishs before putting them in the dish washer. We just bought dish soap And had washed them. But a very well earned 5 star place! We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful for Nine People

We loved this 4-bedroom condo! We had 5 adults (ages 23-69) and 4 children (4, 6, 10, 11). The little girls usually slept with their parents in one of the king sized beds. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. There was always hot water no matter how many of us were showering at one time. Our bed in one of the two primary bedrooms was very comfortable-kind of a memory foam feel. The views were spectacular! We all loved sitting out on the balconies. We saw dolphins and stingrays from our vantage point. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. There was also a toaster, crockpot, and plenty of storage containers for leftovers. The dishwasher was used daily and did a nice job. We really appreciated the washer and dryer being in the unit. There weren’t good spots to hang wet swimsuits or towels so we just washed and dried them! The living room television was set up with oodles of channels available. However, the two primary bedroom televisions were not. We definitely weren’t there to watch tv all the time, but it would have been nice to send the kids to another room to watch Bluey! Once we were all hooked up to the Wi-Fi, it worked perfectly. We utilized the heated swimming pools often as we were visiting when the ocean was still cool. Check-in and check-out was simple and efficient. We would chose this exact condo again!

Great Family Vacation

We had such a great trip and this condo had everything we needed. Views from balcony were amazing. The unit has enough room for us to be together but with 4 bedrooms, we had our privacy also. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views

The views are amazing- the corner balcony was one of our favorite features. We liked the double master suites as we invited parents/grandparents so it was great for that. Beautiful and roomy. Extra TP, linens and decent cookware.We had several maintenance requests which made for a lot of inconveniences during our stay, unfortunately. PM communicated quickly, but ideally we wouldn't have needed to make requests at all.There were crusty spills on one of the bedroom rugs when we arrived- I was scrubbing the first day of vaca. The main door was so hard to open, the smaller kids couldn't do it and we thought we got locked in the first day. This was fixed the same day we reported it. We cooked nearly all our meals in the condo. The fridge froze some of our food, so needed to be adjusted. There are no markings on the stove, so cooking was difficult because we didn't know where the high and low was for the burner. Every time we used the oven, the smoke alarm went off. It is too close to the kitchen and should be located to the other side of the bedroom instead. The kids' bathtub drained super slowly. The washing machine didn't clean our clothes even after 2 cycles so we had to do laundry in the bathtub. The door to the main balcony had problems with the latch. Getting down on the last day with all our luggage and 8 people took 45 mins- be prepared and beat the crowd.We only used the chair service one day due to lack of chair access near our tent- they take up most of the beach.

Amazing views!!

Our family loved the condo and the views were incredible! The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping with Pier Park just a short drive away. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!
