Sunny, South facing patio. Sit and enjoy the court side patio, grilling your dinner after a fun and relaxing day at the beach, lounge on the patio sectional couch! The patio is just yours to enjoy. NEW Air conditioning in bedrooms! Everything you need for a beach vacation-- bikes (very used), beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. NEW Smart TV in the family room, strem your own Netflix, Amazon prime video, or stream to the TV right from your phone without logging in. Direct TV included. Master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins (and a queen air mattress for guest 5/6 if needed) . Internet, 2 flat screen TV's, washer and dryer. Located one court South of the roller coaster (Ensenada Court), beachside. One parking spot in our carport.
PLEASE TREAT THIS HOUSE AND BELONGINGS AS YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN HOUSE. WE WANT IT TO BE NICE FOR YOU AND FUTURE GUESTS :).

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please do your dishes, wash and dry as many towels as you have time for. No need to fold, just place on dresser. Please wash white towels seperately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Leave the house how you found it accept for the normal cleaning needed. TREAT IT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
I supply 2+ rolls of TP per bathroom, please bring or buy extra if needed. Ring camera only outside above side door, not on patio or inside!
I ask guests to wash the towels they are done with, to help housekeeper because of time. Wash/dry as much as possible, do not fold. No stress!

Really great! Parking is kind of tight, we had a mini van and it was a bit of a dance to back in each time. The house was clean, lots of beach toys, the neighborhood was great.

What an absolute 5 star listing. The ocean and the bay both a few steps away. Great food within walking distance. Perfect and quiet little court and courtyard. Susie has the condo labeled with little notes with tips and tricks for all the amenities and the check-in / checkout are easy and fast. would recommend this stay looking for a fun, quiet, relaxing beach stay with tons to do and eat just short walks away.

Once again our staying at Sunny Courtside House didn't disappoint! The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, and having access to the bikes was a huge plus. Susan was very responsive when I contacted her and she checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying at their lovely home. We will definitely be back next year!!

Great location by the beach and surprisingly quiet and peaceful considering location fairly close to the roller coaster park. The host was responsive, the kitchen clean and well equipped, the beds super comfy. Had a lovely stay with family.

Great spot with super easy access to the beach and several restaurants. There was a ton of beach supplies in the garage which was a nice plus! We had some trouble with the wifi but the host was quick to respond and try to fix the issue. Note if you rent a car is the parking spot is TIGHT. We had some trouble finding the alley as we didn't see a street sign and it was late but overall a good stay.
