Summary:
First floor queen studio villa which uniquely the bedroom and bathroom share the same space. Located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district. The unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Bermuda Villas is a wonderful place, only two blocks from the beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided too. It's also convenient to both Commercial and to a shopping plaza where there's a Publix, Dunkin Donuts, CVS and a few other stores. Joe was great. I liked it so much I'm planning on coming back next year.

Perfect Location

From check in to the location to check out everything was easy and relaxing. Being able to walk to the store- beach and the cute kitchen and living space I felt at home.

The units are in excellent condition, the pool is sparkling clean. The location is so convenient to beach. and restaurants and other activities. The host returned my call promptly and was very cordial.

Excellent location

Walkable safe area. Walk to beach, restaurants, bars, market and retail stores. No car needed. Second time staying here and love it. Management is very responsive to any problems or questions.

Clean perfect location to beach, bars, restaurants and grocery store.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location with convenient access to everything just a short walk away. The room was super clean and the grounds were immaculately taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Sweet Cozy One bedroom/studio

My husband and I travel to Lauderdale by the Sea a couple times a year. This property has several different sizes of apartments. Since we were kidless this trip we opted for the smaller one. It truly had all that we needed. It was super clean- close to everything and really quiet. We loved our stay here and will be back for sure!

Just What the Dr Ordered

The quaint and snug escape from winter was just what the doctor ordered. The property was just right for my wife and I during our three night stay. We’re outdoor, on-the-go folks and generally only indoors to sleep or escape from weather. However, the FL weather was an ideal sunny/70s. Conveniently located near both the beach and Lauderdale by the Sea shopping, dining and retail. Great communication with property folks.

Nice condo complex in LBTS

Although small, condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. Joe is a great host; very responsive. We had one minor issue during our stay and Joe handled it quickly and efficiently. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood with easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, Publix, etc. We would’ve loved to have a cooler to take lunch and drinks to the beach. Chairs and umbrella came in handy. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Advertised with a bathroom. There is no separate bathroom but bath facilities at the back of your bedroom . The bedroom had an oversized bed which only allowed you to exit it from one side. No space to put clothes

It’s unfortunate that you were unable to read and look at the listing correctly. There are multiple pictures, a floor plan showing the bedroom and bathroom share the same space, described in the description. I’d be embarrassed to post such a review.

Wet bed

During the whole stay, the ac unit was dripping condensation on the floor so there was always a big puddle in the bedroom. Then by the third night, it had blown onto the bed and soaked the foot of the bed so we had nice cold feet. I moved to the couch to stay dry. Also when we first arrived, i noticed a slight stink in the air. It may have beeen coming from the trashcan before we had even put anything in there. The remotes for the lights and fans probably interfere with the the other units remotes. Whenever we changed the light or fan, it would become possessed shortly thereafter and start cycling through settings all by itself, very spooky. The hot water tank is only big enough for a 3 minute shower with warm water. Otherwise its a short walk to beach, publix and LBS downtown.

Had you brought any of the matters to our attention and given the chance to rectify we would have making your stay more enjoyable. It's unfair to rate a host as you did when we aren't given a chance to fix a small problem. Many other guest have stayed and enjoyed the unit, before and after this reservation.
